James Blackwell

James Blackwell started in 2013 with Visitor Express, his love of customer facing roles has made him a popular speaker at Visitor Express events. He managed the ParkEx trade show at London, talking to airport operators on why Visitor Express and their customer experience improves the bottom line.

Prior to joining the Visitor Express team, James was a leading designer and installer of visual displays and audio solutions. James is responsible for all hardware installations at major clients using the latest high definition displays. He is able to produce detailed display diagrams that help clients see the customer journey and how it relates to the informatics being used, prior to the build.

James has a can do personality. He has long championed the use of local installation providers to ensure a 4 hour response time to all onsite issue can be met at remote sites.

James enjoys listening and playing music. He currenty is a big Elbow fan.
