Quick start - Virtual Reception

Chose you Visitor Express product Essentials - FREE - allows you to see _all_the features of Visitor Express, and allows upto 100 visitor reservations per month. Enhanced - Chose this if you wish to setup a virtual reception tablet. Also allows you to setup parking controls for employee parking.

Smart Camera Setup

Visitor express integrates with leading ANPR camera providers to give real time acknowledgements of all car arrivals. The integration can be typically be performed in two easy steps, depending on whether this is a new camera installation or you are integrating ith an existing camera. If you require a new camera, then you can order one directly from the Visitor Express and we will arrange for the complete installationa and integration service.

Parking control

Visitor Express allows you easily automate the control access to your parking resources on a fair use basis for both employees and visitor parking. Organisations that have fewer parking spaces that employees wishing to park can make immediate use of this feature. Setup First within the admin you specify the number of parking spaces your organisation has for both employees and/or visitors.

Visitor Agreements

Visitor express provides template agreements and NDA documentation in styled markdown format that can be edited in the admin interface to reflect your onsite requirements. Details of health and safety are covered until with lawyer approved non-disclosure agreements. Visitors can read these agreements via a link provided at the time their reservation is made.

Room Booking

Visitor Express unlimited customers can add a room booking service. This will allow all meetings rooms to be accessible to all employees with a easy to use calendar interface to make / amend and see current bookings. In addition there are options to add QR codes to rooms such that anyone can scan these with their mobile device to see the current room booking status for that room.

Car Sharing

Visitor Express provides the Journey2Share car sharing features for all products, including the Visitor Express Essentials free service. It works by providing all employees who wish to car share with an immediate map of all other car sharers within their organisation. This allos for instant identification and messaging within your employees to arrange car sharing.
