Toby joined the Visitor Express company in 2003 to lead technical documentation and client communications.

Toby and his team manage the day to day operations and project manage installation and integration. His focus is helping design and develop systems to client specifications and managing key accounts.

His attention to detail and customer care strategies have supported Visitor Express roll-outs for clients from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies.
